• Within India: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders within India(domestic). We cover the cost of standard delivery to any address in the country, so you only pay for the outfit. (Note: As mentioned in our terms, we offer Partial COD and prepaid.)
• International: For orders outside India, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/volume of the package. We strive to keep international shipping fees reasonable while using trusted courier services. You will see the shipping cost before you make the payment. Remember that any customs duties or local taxes are not included in the shipping fee and would be payable by you upon delivery, if applicable.

We maintain a no-return, no-refund policy on all our products. Because each Evarrah outfit is handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. All sales are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new garment made to their order, and it allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

However, if there is an issue with your order – for example, if you receive an incorrect item or if there is a genuine defect in workmanship – please inform us within 2-3 days of delivery. We will review the problem and take appropriate steps to make it right, which may include alterations or repairs. Our goal is your satisfaction, so while we do not offer refunds or returns for fit or change-of-mind reasons, we will address any true quality concerns.
