By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies ensure transparency and a smooth experience for our customers.

Shipping Policy

Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free shipping within India on all orders. Once your outfit is ready, it will be shipped at no additional cost anywhere in India.

International Shipping: Yes, we ship worldwide. International deliveries incur extra shipping charges, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your Evarrah outfit reaches you safely and promptly.

Payment Terms

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept secure online payments via all major Indian and international credit and debit cards. Our payment gateway may also support options like net banking or UPI for Indian customers. All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees), and our gateway will handle currency conversion for international cards.

No COD or EMI: Please note: we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or EMI installment plans. All orders must be fully prepaid at the time of purchase. Your order is confirmed only after successful payment.

No Returns or Exchanges (All Sales Final)

Bespoke, Made-to-Order Products: Every Evarrah outfit – including standard designs, made-to-measure garments, and custom bridal wear – is handcrafted on order exclusively for you. Due to this unique, personalized production, all sales are final. We are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any of our products.

Final Sale Policy: Once an order is placed and confirmed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, size change, or any other personal preference. We urge you to review your order details and measurements carefully before placing the order.

Exception – Defects: We rigorously inspect each piece before dispatch, we will review any legitimate quality concerns on a case-by-case basis and do our best to remedy the issue (e.g. through alterations or repairs). Minor variations in color or embellishment are normal in handmade products and are not considered defects.

Measurements & Size Accuracy

Providing Accurate Measurements: Because we create outfits tailored to your size, it’s essential that customers submit accurate measurements according to the Evarrah size chart and measuring guidelines. We provide a detailed size chart and instructions to help you measure bust, waist, hips, and other dimensions correctly. We strongly recommend having measurements taken by a professional or following our guide closely to ensure the best fit.

Responsibility for Fit: The fit of your garment depends on the accuracy of the measurements you provide. Evarrah cannot be responsible for fitting issues if incorrect measurements were given. If you have any questions about sizing, please reach out to us before placing your order – we’re happy to assist so that your outfit is tailored perfectly for you.

Order Cancellation Policy

No Cancellations After Purchase: Once an order is placed and payment is processed, we cannot cancel the order. Our artisans begin the crafting process promptly, and materials are allocated for your garment. Because each piece is made-to-order with significant handwork, we are unable to halt production mid-way. For this reason, we kindly ask you to be sure of your purchase before confirming the order.

Modification Requests: Similarly, changes or modifications to the order (such as outfit style, color, or measurements) cannot be guaranteed once the order is in progress. If you have an urgent change request, contact us as soon as possible and we will inform you if anything can be done. However, once fabric cutting and embroidery have begun, changes may not be feasible.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Artisanal Variations: Evarrah outfits are crafted by hand, which means each piece may have slight variations that add to its uniqueness. Variations in embroidery placement, dye shade, or weave are natural outcomes of handcrafting. These subtle differences are a hallmark of artisanal work and not defects or quality issues. We celebrate these minor distinctions as they make your garment truly one-of-a-kind.

Color Display: We strive to display product images as accurately as possible. However, screen resolutions and lighting can affect how colors appear. The actual outfit color may vary slightly from photos. Such minor color variations are not considered a flaw and do not qualify as a reason for return.
