We cater to all sizes because each Evarrah outfit is made-to-measure. Our standard size chart ranges from petite sizes to plus sizes (roughly XS to XXL and beyond). When you order, we will ask for your specific measurements (bust, waist, hips, etc.) rather than a generic size. This means we can create a garment tailored exactly to your body. At Evarrah, we focus on delivering thoughtfully designed bridal lehengas that reflect the latest trends and high craftsmanship. To maintain design consistency and ensure timely delivery, we do not offer customizations or design alterations.

Yes, we welcome international orders. No matter where you are in the world, you can be an Evarrah bride (or fashionista!). We offer worldwide shipping and have delivered our creations across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and more. When placing an order from outside India, simply provide your full international address at checkout.

The site will automatically calculate the shipping cost based on your location. International shipping is handled through reliable couriers, and we’ll provide a tracking number once your package is dispatched. Please be aware that your country’s customs may impose import duties or taxes, which are the recipient’s responsibility. If you need assistance or have questions about international delivery, our team is here to help.

  • Within India: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders within India(domestic). We cover the cost of standard delivery to any address in the country, so you only pay for the outfit. (Note: As mentioned in our terms, we don’t offer COD, so all orders are prepaid.)

  • International: For orders outside India, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight/volume of the package. We strive to keep international shipping fees reasonable while using trusted courier services. You will see the shipping cost before you make the payment. Occasionally, we run promotions for free or discounted international shipping – keep an eye on our website or newsletter for any such offers. Remember that any customs duties or local taxes are not included in the shipping fee and would be payable by you upon delivery, if applicable.

We maintain a no-return, no-refund policy on all our products. Because each Evarrah outfit is handcrafted specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order is delivered. All sales are final. This policy ensures that every customer receives a brand-new garment made to their order, and it allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene.

However, if there is an issue with your order – for example, if you receive an incorrect item or if there is a genuine defect in workmanship – please inform us within 2-3 days of delivery. We will review the problem and take appropriate steps to make it right, which may include alterations or repairs. Our goal is your satisfaction, so while we do not offer refunds or returns for fit or change-of-mind reasons, we will address any true quality concerns.

Knowing your size with Evarrah is straightforward since we work with your precise measurements. Here’s how to determine them:

  1. Use Our Size Guide: Visit our “Size Guide” page for detailed instructions on how and where to measure yourself (bust, waist, hips, length, etc.). You’ll need a measuring tape. We provide tips (like keeping the tape snug but not tight, and measuring around the fullest part of each area) to help you get accurate numbers.
  2. Measure Yourself or Get Help: You can take your own measurements in front of a mirror, or better yet, have someone assist you. If you have access to a professional tailor, that’s a great option for the most accurate measurements.
  3. Submit Your Measurements: During the ordering process, we’ll ask for these key measurements. Double-check them before submitting. If any required measurement is unclear, reach out to us – we can guide you on how to take it properly.
  4. Fit Assurance: Once we receive your measurements, our team may reach out if something seems off (for example, if the numbers don’t seem proportionate, just to ensure there wasn’t a measuring mistake). Our aim is to get everything right so that your outfit fits like a dream. Remember, since we cut and sew based on the data you provide, accurate sizing information is crucial!

We accept online payments through a variety of secure methods. These include:

  1. Credit/Debit Cards: All major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and RuPay, among others) issued in India or internationally are accepted.
  2. Digital Payments: Our checkout also supports many standard digital payment options popular in India, such as UPI apps (Google Pay, PhonePe, etc.) and net banking for various banks. International customers may use options like PayPal if available, or simply pay via card which will handle currency conversion automatically.
  3. No Cash on Delivery: We do not support cash on delivery for any orders. As a luxury made-to-order brand, we work on prepaid orders only, so production begins after the payment is confirmed.
  4. No EMI/Installments: Currently, we don’t have an EMI or installment payment program. The full payment is required at checkout. (Tip: some credit cards or payment services might allow you to convert a charge into installments on their end – you could explore that with your bank if needed, but from our side we charge the full amount once.)

Your Evarrah outfit is crafted with care, so it does take some time. The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume. Here are some general guidelines:

  1. Bridal Lehengas & Heavy Couture Pieces: Our bridal lehengas involve elaborate craftsmanship and intricate detailing, which means production takes time. On average, it takes 4-6 weeks (about 1 to 1.5 months) to complete and dispatch your order.
    During peak wedding season, timelines may extend slightly—so we strongly recommend placing your order well in advance of your event to ensure timely delivery and stress-free planning.
  2. Lighter Festive Wear & Standard Pieces: Outfits like lighter lehengas, saree gowns, anarkalis, etc., which have moderate embroidery, usually take about 3–5 weeks to produce.
  3. Dispatch and Shipping: Once the outfit is stitched and passes our quality checks, we dispatch it immediately. Shipping within India usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping can take 5-10 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. We will provide you a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
  4. Made-to-Order Process: Remember, since everything is made-to-order, the clock for delivery starts after we have all your details and measurements and have confirmed the order. We will give you an estimated delivery date when you place the order or shortly after. Our team will also keep you updated if there are any unexpected delays (for example, a fabric sourcing delay or an unforeseen situation).

In summary, we ask for your patience as we create your beautiful outfit. Good things take time – and every Evarrah piece is a labor of love. If you have a specific deadline (say, your wedding date or an occasion), do let us know; we will do our utmost to meet it or advise if something isn’t feasible in the given timeframe.
